高职推销类人才素质能力培养刍议

摘要 高职所培养的推销类人才肩负着为直接为企业销售商品或劳务、为顾客提供服务、提高企业知名度和美誉度等多重任务。本文阐述社会现在对高职推销类人才的要求,在目前高职推销类课程教学中所具有的几个特征和常用的教学方法,以及今后教学中应注意的几个问题,以为今后推销类专业与课程教学提供借鉴。 The sales talents trained in the higher vocational and technical colleges undertake multiple tasks such as to sell commodities and labour service for the enterprises, to offer service for the customers, to raise the enterprises' popularity and good reputation. This paper illustrates the society's present needs for more and more sales talents graduated from higher vocational and technical colleges. It also illustrates some features, methods and problems of these colleges in teaching and learning the courses of sales, and provides some lessons for these courses.
