摘要
为了使人们能为实现目标而有效地工作,必须按任务设计一套合适的职位结构。目前,我国很多高职院校由于脱胎于原来的中专校,在组织机构设置方面存在着较多的计划经济痕迹。高登学院的改革显著提高了原有基本教学单位的地位,真正实现了“以教学为中心”,增强了基本教学单位的竞争意识及成本意识,对国内高职院校的改革与发展具有较强的启发意义。
In order to make people work effectively to signed according to the task. At present, as borning achieve the objectives, a suitable job structure must be deout of the original secondary schools, many higher vocational colleges still have more traces of the planned economy in the setting of organizations. Gordon Institute's reform significantly increased the position of the original basic teaching unit, truly realized "teaching as the center" and enhanced the competition and cost awareness of the basic teaching unit, which has strong enlightenment to the reform and development of domestic hi^her vocational colleges.
