摘要
为了提高信息采集效率,以常用的双输入单输出模糊控制器为基础,研制了一种优化模糊控制器.该优化模糊控制器以两类四种采集信息为输入量,以脉冲数为输出量,同时采集间隙电压和间隙电流,最后进行耦合,输出模糊控制量.将此模糊控制器应用于电火花的成型加工,可解决信息采集效率不够高的问题.
In order to improve the efficiency of collecting information,based on frequently-used double-input and single-output fuzzy controller,an optimizing fuzzy controller is developed.Four kinds of collecting information in two types are used as input in the controller,and the number of pulses are used as output.The gap voltage and the gap current are collected at the same time in two paths.The two cases were coupled at last,and the fuzzy controller signal was outputted.The fuzzy control was applied into EDM molding process,which solve the problems that the efficiency of collecting information isn't high.
