摘要
以硬脂酸和正丁醇为原料,NaY分子筛负载有机膦酸PA/NaY为催化剂,合成了硬脂酸正丁酯,并对有机膦酸负载量、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度等条件对该酯化反应的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在20 mL有机膦酸,1.5 g催化剂,醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,125℃回流反应2 h条件下反应转化率可达到92.5%.
n-Butyl stearate was synthesized in high yield by the esterification reaction of stearic acid and n-butanol over PA/NaY catalyst(NaY molecular sieve supported by organic phosphonic acid).The effects of the loading of PA,the amount of the catalyst PA/NaY,molar ratio of n-butanol to acid,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were investigated.The optimized reaction conditions were 20 mL of organophosphonic aicd,1.5 g of the catalyst PA/NaY,4∶1(molar ratio) of n-butanol to acid,125℃ for 2 h,and the relevant reaction conversion ratio could reach 92.5%.
