摘要
以化学还原法制备了纳米Ni-B/SiO_2非晶态催化剂。以2,4-二氯-6-硝基苯酚为原料,通过液相相加氢的方法制备了2-氨基-4,6-二氯苯酚,讨论了Ni和B的负载量、催化剂用量、氢气压力、反应温度、反应时间等对加氢还原反应的影响。最佳工艺条件为:Ni负载量15%,B负载量4%,催化剂用量(Ni和B与总反应物的质量比)3%,氢气压力0.5 MPa,反应温度333K,2,4二氯-6-硝基苯酚的转化率达100%,选择性达98%。
The Ni-B amorphous alloy catalyst being employed as an efficient catalyst for hydrogenation of 2, 4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol to 2-amino-4, 6-dichloroppenol was prepared through a co-reduction method with hydrazine hydrate and potassium borohydride as the co-reductants. By single factor ex- periment, effects of mass fraction of Ni and B, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on hydrogenation is studied. Through repeated examinations, the optional reaction conditions were found as follows.. 15% Ni, 4%B, mass of catalyst 3G, hydrogen pressure 0.5 MPa, andreaction tem- perature 333 K. The conversation of 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol was 100%, and the selectivity of 2-a- mino-4,6-dichloroppenol was as high as 98%. The catalyst was a kind of nano-sized amorphous alloy as characterized by XRD and SEM.
