Abelson相关基因在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨Abelson相关基因(Arg)在人大肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法免疫组织化学染色法检测80例大肠癌组织、30例癌旁大肠组织和30例大肠腺瘤中Arg的表达,并分析Arg表达水平与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 Arg在大肠癌组织中阳性表达率为70%,癌旁结肠组织和大肠腺瘤组织均无Arg表达。Arg表达与大肠癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平有关(P<0.05),Arg高表达者生存期低(P<0.05)。结论 Arg可能在大肠癌发病过程中起重要作用,可作为大肠癌预后判断的有价值指标之一。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Abelson-related gene(Arg) in human colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of Arg was examined by immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer tissues(80 cases),tumor-adjacent normal tissues(30 cases) and colorectal adenomas(30 cases).The correlation of Arg expression with clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Arg in the adenocarcinomas was 70%,which was zero in the tumor-adjacent normal tissues and colorectal adenomas(P0.01).The positive expression of Arg in the adenocarcinomas was closely related to tumor cell differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and CEA level(P0.05).The patients with higher Arg positive expression had shorter survival period(P0.05).Conclusion Arg may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer and may be taken as a valuable marker in predicting the prognosis.
