摘要
应用响应曲面法对液体培养得到的竹荪菌丝体多糖的提取工艺做了分析和优化。结果表明最佳多糖提取工艺为提取时间为43.0 min,料液比1∶34.2,提取温度59.5℃,竹荪中多糖的提取率能达到最大为4.65%。
Using the response surface methodology, the polysaccharide extraction of Dictyophora mycelia was analyzed and studied. The results showed that the best condition of the polysaccharide extraction was extracting time of 34.0 min, the ratio of material and liquid was 1:34.2, and temperature was 59.5℃. The most efficiency of polysaccharide extraction can reach 4.64%.
