Analysis on Suitability of Hydraulic Powered Support Applied in Fully Mechanized High Cutting Coal Mining Face in Shallow Depth Seam

摘要 为了研究6-2101综采工作面ZY8640/25.5/55液压支架的适应性,文章通过现场实测分析了液压支架的初撑力和工作阻力对工作面顶板控制效果、工作阻力分布规律及支架运转特性。分析结果表明本套支架在6-2煤层开采适应性较好,支架选型能够满足该矿地质条件要求。研究结论为浅埋煤层大采高工作面支架选型和顶板控制提供了参考。 In order to study the suitability of the ZY8640/25.5/55 hydraulic powered support applied in No.6-2101 fully mechanized coal mining face,the site measurement was applied to analyze the initial support force and the work resistance of the hydraulic powered support to the roof control effect,work resistance distribution law and operation features of the hydraulic powered support in the coal mining face.The analysis results showed that the completed set powered supports could have a good suitability to the No.6-2 seam mining and the selection of the powered support could meet the geological condition requirements of the mine.The study conclusion could provide the references to the powered support selection and roof control for the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face in shallow depth seam.
