赵固二矿封闭不良钻孔井下封堵技术研究 被引量:16

摘要 封闭不良钻孔是影响矿区安全生产的重要隐患之一。赵固二矿井田内存在大量封闭不良钻孔,为防止在开采过程中,封闭不良钻孔成为矿井充水通道,造成矿井突水,采用井下注浆封堵技术对钻孔进行了加固,分析了矿井水文地质条件,设计了钻孔结构,制定了封堵方案技术措施,提出了双重固管结构。现场生产实践表明:注浆达到了预期要求,工作面实现了安全开采。该成果对注浆加固技术具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 The poor sealed borehole would be one of the important hidden dangers influenced to the safety production of the mine.There were many poor sealed boreholes in the minefield of Zhaoguo No.2 Mine.In order to prevent the poor sealed boreholes to be mine water refilling channel cause the mine water inrush during the mining process,the grouting sealing technology in underground mine was applied to the reinforcement of the poor sealed boreholes.The paper had a analysis on the mine hydrological conditions and a design on the borehole structures.The borehole sealing technical measures were set up and the double piping structure was provided.The site production practices showed that the grouting reached the expected requirements and a safety production was realized in the coal mining face.The achievements would have certain reference value and guidance significance to the grouting technology.
