摘要
在煤泥水沉降过程中,一直存在沉降时间不统一和不合理的问题。针对这一现象,对选煤厂煤泥水沉降设备建立数学模型,模拟计算出颗粒的沉降时间约为63s。在此基础上进行煤泥水絮凝沉降试验验证,研究沉降时间对沉降效果的影响,结果表明实际试验絮凝沉降时间为60s,与理论计算的沉降时间63s基本吻合。对选煤厂确定煤泥水洗水循环的时间,节约用水有重要意义。
During the slurry water settling process,there is a disunified and irrational problem in the settling time.According to this phenomenon,a mathematics model was set up for the slurry water settling equipment in the coal preparation plant.The particle settling time by the simulation calculation was about 63 seconds.Base on the circumstance,the verification was conducted on the flocculation settling experiment of the slurry water.The study was conducted on the settling time affected to the settling results.The results showed that the flocculation settling time of the actual experiment was 60 seconds and was basically fitted with the 63 seconds of the theoretical calculated settling time.Thus the results would have important significances to the slurry water circulation time set and the water saving for the coal preparation plant.
