摘要
从四川省的7种作物上分离得到了154个细菌性青枯病Pseudomonas solanacearum病原菌。各个分离菌在形态、染色、培养性状、生理生化反应等方面的特性都相似。比较研究了不同地区、作物上的49个代表菌株。根据Haywagd和Buddenhagen的分类标准,四川省细菌性青枯病以生化型Ⅲ为主,病原菌的优势小种为生理小种1号。
154 strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum Smith were isolated from seven host plants in Sichuan. 49 representatives of them in different regions were comparatively studied. The results indicate that the strains resppectively belong to biotypes Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ, based on Haywards classification schemes. A large part (42/49) of the strains tested belong to biotypes Ⅲ、Ⅳ. All of the strains are [similar] in theirmain morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical charcteristics.The inoculation test for pathogenicity by various strains proved that most of the strains can be grouped in the race 1 described by Buddenhagen.
