摘要
"去职业化"已成为我国高校图书馆职业发展的一种趋向。图书馆核心业务的转移与缺失、图书馆从业人员的非专业化、图书馆员自身职业精神的削弱等现象体现了我国高校图书馆"去职业化"问题。为防止高校图书馆"去职业化",有必要建立相关的图书馆法及图书馆员职业资格认证等制度,并重建适应信息时代的高校图书馆核心业务。
The deprofessionalization is a career development trend of the university library in China.The following phenomena reflect the vocational fadeout of university libraries in China,including the transfer of the library's core business,non-specialization of librarians,slacking down of the occupation spirits in librarians themselves and so on.It is necessary for building library legislation and occupational qualification certification and rebuilding the core business of university libraries adapting to information age in order to prevent the deprofessionalization.
