摘要
目的:选择桂枝茯苓丸方药药效物质较佳的提取方法。方法:将方中含挥发性成分中药超临界萃取后的药渣与方中茯苓混合,以芍药苷、肉桂酸、苦杏仁苷、茯苓酸、总多糖、干浸膏为指标,综合评判,对桂枝茯苓丸方药半仿生提取法(SBE)与水提法(WE)进行比较。结果:两种方法提取液综合评判值为:YSBE液>YWE液。结论:半仿生提取法优于水提取法。
Objective：To choose the preferred extraction method for effective substances in Guizhi Fuling Pills Decoction.Method：Take Paeoniflorin,Cinnamic acid,Laetrile,Pachymic acid,total polysaccharose and dry extract as indexes,the result was comprehensively evaluated to compare the Semi-bionic Extraction and Water extraction method.Result：The comprehensive evaluation values are：YSBE YWE.Conclusion：It is better to use SBE rather than WE in the extraction of Guizhi Fuling Pills Decoction.
