摘要
目的:研究Graves病患者情绪特征及情绪交织规律。方法:调查山东省3家三级甲等医院门诊581例Graves病患者,以及同时期济南市机床二厂800名职工,进行病例对照研究,采用logistic回归、因子分析进行统计。结果:愤怒、郁怒、忧郁、紧张、担忧、焦虑等6种负性情绪对Graves病发病贡献度较大;各种致病情绪之间相互交织,具有内在联系,可以分为三类。结论:研究为临床心理干预提供参考。
Objective：To research the emotional characteristics and Emotions rules of the Graves patients.Methods：Looking into 581 patients of 3 upper first-class hospitals in Shandong Province,and 800 staffs of the second branch machine tool factory at the same period,contrastting a case study,adopting the logistic regression and factor analysis to calculate.Results：indignation,depressed angry,melancholy,nervous,anxious,and anxiety,the six negative sexual feelings have have lager effects on grave patients;Various pathogenic between each other emotional.
