摘要
[目的]为矮化杂交稻的育种提供参考。[方法]对具显性半矮杆基因SD-d(t)的水稻SD9311-1、SD9311-2及其两系不育系为母本配制的杂交一代组合进行耐肥抗倒性研究。以轮回亲本9311为对照,对含有SD-d(t)基因的显性半矮杆材料的农艺性状进行研究。[结果]显性半矮杆能够显著降低F1代的株高,提高组合的抗倒性,株高与产量间相关性不显著。降低株高的同时,并没有使产量降低。显性半矮秆材料还能促进有效穗、结实率的提高,使显性矮杆的产量潜力高于高秆类型。显矮配组16个组合倒伏指数随肥力的增加而增大,抗倒能力减小。[结论]SD9311-1、SD9311-2组合能够在产量不变的情况下显著降低株高,从而降低了倒伏的风险。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for the breeding of dwarfed hybrid rice. [ Method] The lertilizer tolerance and lodging resistance of rice hybridization combinations crossed by rice SD9311-1, SD9311-2 with dominant semi-dwarf SD-d (t) gene and two-line sterile lines as maternal parent were studied. Taking recurrent parent as control, the agronomic traits of dominant semi-dwarf materials containing SD-d (t) gene were studied. [ Result] The dominant semi-dwarf rice can significantly lower the plant height of F1, enhance the lodging resist- ance of the combination. The correlation between the plant height and yield was not significant. When the plant height was decreased, the yield was not decreased. The dominant semi-dwarf materials can promote the increase of effective panicles and seed-setting rate. The yield potential of the dominant draft materials was higher than that in normal species. Tile lodging index of 16 dominant dwarf combinations increased with the in- crease of the fertility and the lodging capacity was decreased. [ Conclusion] Combination SD9311-1 and SD9311-2 can decrease the plant height significantly under the circumstance of unchangeable yield, so as to lower the risk of lodging.
