Organophosphorous Pesticides in Environmental Water Samples Determined by Automatic Solid-phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography

摘要 [目的]建立一种便捷、准确、灵敏的方法测定环境水样中痕量的有机磷农药。[方法]采用全自动固相萃取进行样品净化及浓缩,对儋州松涛水库和海口南渡江河水中7种有机磷农药进行测定。[结果]在优化的试验条件下,7种目标化合物色谱峰分离良好,以地表水为基质,7种有机磷农药在加标质量浓度分别为0.20、0.24和0.48μμg/L时回收率为69.4%~106%,相对标准偏差为2.21%~8.65%(n=5),方法检出限分别为0.02~0.04μg/L,定量下限为0.08~0.16μg/L。[结论]该方法简便快速、重现性好、净化效果好且通用性强,可用于海南河库水环境中有机磷农药残留的分析。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to set up a simple,accurate and sensitive determination method for the trace organophosphorous pes- ticides in environmental water samples. [ Method ] Using automatic solid-phase extraction, the samples were cleaned and concentrated. Seven kinds of organophosphorous pesticides in the water of Danzhou Songtao Reservoir and Haikou Nandu river were determined. [ Result ] Under the optimized experimental conditions, the chromatographic peaks of 7 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides were separated well. With surface water as matrices, the recovery rate of 7 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides at the addition mass concentration of 0.20, 0.24 and 0.48 μg/L was 69.4% - 106% and RSD was 2.21% - 8.65% ( n = 5 ), the detection limit of the method was 0.02 - 0.04 μ/L and quantitative lower limit was 0.08 -0. 16 μg/L. [ Conclusion ] The method is simple and rapid, and it has good reproducibility, good purification effect and strong universali- ty. And it can be used in the residual analysis of organophosphorous pesticides in environmental water of Hainan river bank.
