摘要
利用1959～2010年虞城气象档案历史资料,总结分析了该县气侯特点、主要气象灾害以及与区域经济发展的关系等。结果表明,虞城属大陆性季风气候,具有四季分明、雨热同期、旱涝不均,气象灾害频繁的特点,经常发生的有暴雨、大风、寒潮、连阴雨、高温等原生气象灾害和内涝、干旱等次生气象灾害,全县气象灾害每年造成的损失占自然灾害造成损失总数的70%以上,约占全县国民生产总值的3%～6%,对虞城经济发展造成了严重的危害。同时提出了气象灾害防御措施。
Meteorological file history data about Yucheng from 1959 to 2010 were used, the characteristics of the county＇s climate, the main meteorological disasters as well as their relation with regional economic development were summarized and analyzed, the results indicated that Yucheng belongs to continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, hot shower in the same period, droughts and uneven, the charac- teristics of meteorological disasters, frequent heavy rain, high winds, cold, continuous rain, high temperature and other weather disasters, and water logging of native, drought and other secondary disasters. County annual losses caused by meteorological disasters accounted for 70% of the totallosses over the county caused by natural disasters, and accounted for about 3% -6% of GDP of economic development in Yueheng County, which resulted in serious harm, and meteorological disasters defensive measures were proposed.
