方坯连铸机高效化改造实践及其影响

Practice and Effect of Modification at Billet Continuous Casting Machine for High-Efficiency Production

摘要 介绍了新钢公司第三炼钢厂方坯连铸机高效化改造的基本情况。改造中采用了连续锥度结晶器、板簧导向振动装置、连续矫直拉矫机、自动火焰切割机等设备与技术措施。改造后,方坯连铸机主要技术经济指标得到了提高,并实现了转炉钢全连铸,消灭了普钢、低合金钢二火成材;消灭了二次化铁;初步实现了方坯热装热送;引发了新钢公司板坯机改造。 This paper introduces basic conditions of modification of billet continuous castingmachine at No. 3 steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co. Ltd for high -- efficiency production.Some facilities and processes are adopted during this modification, such as continuous taper controlmould, leaf -- spring guide vibrator, withdrawal se staightening machine and automatic torch cutter.After modification, main technologica and economic indexes have been improved and sequence casting has been realized, finished products of plain carbon and low -- alloy grades through secondaryannealing eliminated and billet hot delivery and charging primarily realized, which develops themodification of slab CCM at Xinyu Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.
