摘要
目的探讨输卵管结扎术中子宫输卵管粘连的临床效果。方法选取2005年1月～2010年1月收治的输卵管结扎术对象5000例,45例对象合并子宫输卵管粘连,观察其治疗效果。结果盆腔粘连者占输卵管结扎对象总人数的0.9%,由于盆腔粘连导致手术失败者比例占42.22%,导致手术效果不理想者22.22%。结论子宫输卵管粘连对于输卵管结扎术的影响大,术前需仔细检查,及时治疗。
Objective Ligation of tubal uterine tubal adhesion of clinical effect.Methods Select from Jan 2005 to Jan 2010,of tubal ligation in5000 cases,45 patients with uterine tubal adhesion,observe the treatment effect.Results The pelvic adhesion of tubal ligation patients,because 0.9% of the total number of pelvic adhesion lead to 42.22%,leading to failure operation effect of surgery is not the ideal 22.22%.Conclusion The tubal ligation using oviduct inflammatory for the great influence,carefully check before,timely treatment.
