摘要
目的通过循证的方法为社区流动人口中结核病患者提供科学的护理干预,使管治效果达到常住人口水平。方法确定护理问题为社区流动人口结核病患者管治问题,在中国期刊全文数据库中进行检索,以"流动人口/外来人口、结核、心理、健康教育"为关键词,检索到文献137篇。对试验进行评价、提取,分析干预措施的差异,计算结果。在获得访谈对象知情同意后进行问卷调查、现场访谈。结果有效的管理措施包括健康促进、提供激励机制、跨区域转诊追踪、对病人实行DOTS管理等,均取得一定的效果。但流动人口文化程度低,健康观念差,经济收入低,居无定所,无法坚持治疗。循证护理过程中,注意结合患者的个体差异实施循证护理,取得了良好效果,治愈率达89.77%,达到户籍人口的管治疗效水平。结论通过引入循证证据对流动人口结核病患者的护理提供指导,能提高患者应对方式与服药依从性,从而提高临床疗效。
Objective Evidence-based approach to migrant communities in the care of TB patients to provide a scientific intervention,so that the effect of governance to achieve the level of the resident population.Methods Community governance of the floating population of TB is identified nursing problems,Chinese Journal Full-text databases in the retrieval,as the "floating population /non-native population,tuberculosis,mental,health,education" as key words,searching the literature piece of 137.The test evaluation,extraction,analysis of differences in intervention and results.In obtaining informed consent,it interviewed after the survey on-site interviews.Results Effective of management measures,including health promotion,provide incentives,cross-regional referral tracking,patient management,the implementation of DOTS,have achieved positive results.However,mobile population,low educational level,the concept of poor health,low income,no fixed abode and can not adhere to treatment.Evidence-based nursing process,with attention to individual differences in the implementation of evidence-based patient care,and achieved good results,the cure rate of 89.77 percent,household population of the canal to reach efficiency levels.Conclusion The introduction of evidence-based evidence for the floating population to provide guidance to the care of TB patients,it can improve the way for the patients respond to medication compliance,it is enhancing the clinical efficacy.
