摘要
按照GB17691—2005《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ阶段)》的试验方法,对采用了EGR和DOC技术路线的某六缸增压柴油机进行了测试,研究了该技术方案对该柴油机排放性能的影响。结果表明,成本相对低廉的EGR+DOC技术路线可以满足该柴油机的国IV排放要求。
In this paper,a 6-cylinder diesel engine with EGR and diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) is tested with the method specified in GB17691—2005 Limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from compression ignition and gas fuelled positive ignition engines of vehicles(China Stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ),and the influence of this technical plan on diesel engine emission properties is studied.The study demonstrates that the EGR+DOC technical solution featuring lower cost can satisfy China stage IV emission requirement of this diesel engine.
