十皮汤对特应性皮炎患者皮肤屏障功能影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的:探讨十皮汤对特应性皮炎的临床疗效及对皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:将47例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组15例,基础治疗用氯雷他定,10 mg,po,qd;治疗组加用"十皮汤"外洗,对照组外搽白凡士林和糠酸莫米松乳膏,1～2次/d。疗程4周,观察患者治疗前后SCORAD评分、瘙痒程度;治疗前后经皮水分丢失(TEWL)、皮肤油脂。结果:治疗组在改善患者瘙痒、皮损面积、皮损严重度、降低SCORAD积分等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对TEWL、皮肤油脂的改善方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:十皮汤对特应性性皮炎具有较好的临床疗效和修复皮肤屏障功能的作用。
