摘要
网络数字化时代给我们生活带来巨大的改变,在版权领域中,版权保护越来越强化,而合理使用制度则越来越弱化。如何平衡各方利益关系,是我们应该深思的问题。文章就数字时代给合理使用制度带来的困境,以及该制度的存在价值进行分析,介绍了国外和国内关于合理使用制度的立法状况。
Network in the digital era brings enormous changes to our lives.In the copyright field,strengthening copyright protection is gaining more and more attention,while reasonable use system is weakening.How to balance various interests is the key problem.This article explored the plight of fair use as well as the value of the system in the digital age,analyzed the legislative status at home and abroad,and discussed the ways to improve the system of copyright reasonable use.
