摘要
家族企业文化创新对于家族企业发展至关重要。通过分析日本家族企业文化创新发展阶段,发现日本家族企业文化创新的主要特征有:积极吸收本国传统文化为企业服务、积极融入外国优秀文化、根据时代特点调整家族企业制度、始终坚持本国文化中的优秀理念等。分析当前我国家族企业文化创新面临主要困难,提出借鉴日本经验可以采取:系统地进行家族企业文化创新、集体主义与能力主义相结合、引入股东价值最大化理念、根据家族企业的发展实际实施企业文化创新、积极吸收各国优秀文化、完善我国制度环境等措施。
The culture innovation plays an important role in the development of family business. By analyzing the develop- ment of culture innovation in Japanese family business, we discover some main features. Those features are absorbing tradi- tional cultures for business, merging into foreign cultures actively, adjusting family business institution according to era characteristics, preserving cultures that can be adapted to the social development. Nowadays the culture innovation of fami- ly business in our country faces some difficulties. Japanese family business offers some experience for promoting our culture innovation of family business. We could take measures such as taking family culture innovation systematically and timely in different stages of the development of the enterprises, combining collectivism and capability, introducing shareholder value maximization concept, drawing experience from excellent enterprise cultures all around the world and improving the institu- tional environment of our country.
