摘要
采用微波、超声、高压脉冲电场进行样品处理,以不同的浸提液、时间、功率对活性干酵母中海藻糖的提取进行实验,考察对海藻糖提取率的影响。结果表明:微波、超声和高压脉冲电场提取率分别为:17.88%、17.24%、14.11%。与传统乙醇浸提法相比,物理场辅助水浸提法具有高效、短时、大量、低成本等优点。
Some methods for extracting trehalose from yeast cells were described in this paper,in which microwave,ultrasonic and high-voltage pulsed electric field(PEF) were carried out to determine the influence of power,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time.The yields were 17.88%,17.24%,14.11% respectively.Compared with extraction technology,they kept the high active,large quantity and low-cost way of extraction.
