摘要
用从竹子碱木素制备的对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、对羟基苯甲醛、丁香酸、香草醛、丁香醛和乙酰丁香酮作为漆酶-介体系统的天然介体,对硫酸盐法竹浆进行了OLQP漂白。结果表明,上述7种单体物质都能不同程度地促进漂白竹浆最终白度的提高和木素的脱除;其中丁香酸、丁香醛以及乙酰丁香酮的效果优于其他4种单体物质;效果最好的介体为乙酰丁香酮,以它为天然介体,经OLQP漂过的竹浆最高白度能达到76.9%ISO,比空白浆样高7.3%ISO。
P-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, p-hydroxy benzaldehyde, syringic acid, vanillin, syringaldehyde and acetosyringone which can be prepared from bamboo alkali lignin were used in laccase-mediator-system (L) while bamboo kraft pulp was bleached by OLQP sequences.The results showed that, they could all facilitate the brightness improvement and deligninfication of bamboo pulp, and acetosyringone was the best. The brightness of bamboo pulp was 76.9%ISO by OLQP sequence when acetosyringone was used as natural mediator in L stage.
