摘要
本文概括阐述了航天航空对地观测技术近两年的进展情况。特别重点分析了卫星遥感对地观测的全球变化研究任务、高分辨率卫星的商业化成功经验、机载传感器系统的突破性成就、无人机低空遥感的潜力、全球卫星导航系统面临的竞争局面、地理空间信息产业的宏伟前景等方面的发展形势。并且针对下一步发展中可能出现的问题,提出若干建议意见。
This paper reviewed the progress of spaceborne and airborne earth observations in recent years. In particular, it dis- cussed satellite remote sensing for global change, the experience of commercial success in high resolution satellites, the breakthroughs of airborne sensors, the potentials of low altitude remote sensing via unmanned air vehicles, the competitive situations confronted by the Global Satellite Navigation System, the grand prospects of geo-spatial information industry and so on. Finally, some suggestions were made with respect to possible issues in future developments.
