摘要 综合运用图像处理、几何建模、有限元网格剖分等技术,改进了一种基于SEM照片建立颗粒增强金属基复合材料二维微结构有限元模型的方法,使其能够充分适用于纳米级颗粒增强金属基复合材料。利用改进后的方法建立了原位自生纳米TiB2颗粒增强A356复合材料的微结构有限元模型,并用该模型进行了TiB2/A356复合材料室温单轴拉伸模拟。结果表明,模拟数据与实验数据贴合性较好,误差较小。 With the comprehensive usage of image processing, geometric modeling and finite element meshing, a modified modeling method based on scanning electron microscopic images was proposed to make it be applicable to the metal matrix composites reinforced with nano-scaled particles. A microstructure-based finite element model for A356 composite reinforced with nano-scaled in situ TiB2 particles was built by the modified method. The uniaxial ten sion behavior of the in situ TiB2/A356 composite was then simulated by using the model. Results showed that the simulation dam fit in well with the uniaxial tension data, which proved that the accuracy and reliability of the modified model was relatively high.
