介绍了智能电网的广义定义和主要特点,介绍了美国、欧洲和中国的智能电网建设的驱动力和发展关键点;对中国智能电网建设的基础和发展思路进行了述评。
Firstly the definition and main features of Smart Grid are presented. Secondly the driving force and key points of the Smart Grid construction in USA, Europe and China are introduced respectively. At last the foundation and developing train of thought for the Smart Grid construction in China are reviewed.
