摘要
以CaCl2作为沉淀剂,处理冶金萃取废水脱除SO24-离子,当原水ρ(SO24-)为103.0g/L,投加ρ(CaCl2)为82.18g/L,出水ρ(SO24-)最低880mg/L,去除率在99.15%;回收CaSO4纯度95%-98%,经沉淀处理后的上清液在pH=11.2,极板间距为7mm,电解时间60min,获得氯离子质量浓度为3 200mg/L,氢氧根为40g/L的回用水,完全满足了回用要求。
Using calcium chloride as the precipitating agent,sulfate radical can be removed from waste water of metallurgical extraction.When the concentration of sulfate radical in the raw water was 103.0 g/L and calcium chloride added was 82.18 g/L,the minimum concentration of sulfate radical in effluent reached 88 mg/L,99.15% removal rate and 95%-98% purity of calcium sulfate recovered was also completed.At the same time,supernatant pH after precipitation treatment was 11.2,the distance of polar board 7 mm,and electrolytic time 60 min.Finally,the concentration of chloridion and hydroxy radical respectively were 3 200 mg/L,40 g/L,which satisfied the demand of reuse.
