摘要 目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和心肌酶谱在小儿感染性疾病中的意义。方法检测感染性疾病患儿的hs-CRP、白细胞(WBC)计数和心肌酶谱数值,分析其变化与疾病的关系。结果细菌感染儿童血清hs-CRP浓度和WBC值明显高于非细菌感染组(P<0.05);而非细菌感染儿童心肌酶谱各项检测值则明显高于细菌感染者(P<0.05)。结论在儿科感染性疾病诊治中,同时检测hs-CRP与心肌酶谱对于鉴别细菌与非细菌感染具有重要意义;不容忽视病毒或支原体感染时的心肌损害。 Objective To discover significance of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and myocardial enzymes in children with infectious diseases.Methods Determining serum concentrations of hs-CRP and myocardial enzymes and figuring out their meanings in children with infectious diseases.Results Serum hs-CRP raising existed in children with bacterial infection diseases when compared with those with nonbacterial infection(P0.05);however,myocardial enzymes increased significantly in children with virus infection or mycoplasma infection rather than in those with bacterial infection(P0.05).Conclusion Myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP play an important role in the differential diagnosis for bacterial infection and non-bacterial infection in pediatric patients;myocardial damage should not be ignored in pediatric patients with virus infection or mycoplasma infection.
