摘要
目的观察宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将212例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为LEEP组与微波治疗组各106例,比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果 LEEP组患者的治疗效果优于微波治疗组,且术中平均出血量、阴道平均排液时间减少(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果好,应作为首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacies of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP）and microwaves in treatment of cervical erosion.Methods A total of 212 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups;one group was treated with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure（treatment group）,and the other with microwaves（control group）,comparing of the therapeutic effects of the two methods.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher,with a lower mean volume of intraoperative blood loss and short period of vaginal fluid when compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure with a good clinical effect should be the preferred method in treating cervical erosion.
