摘要
对精密仪器运输车辆隔振器的减振性能进行分析,提出一种改进的基于奇异值分解(SVD)的小波变换降噪方法,采用该方法对隔振装置测试数据进行降噪,得到了优于传统小波阈值降噪方法的隔振器幅频特性。通过幅频特性分析,表明钢丝绳隔振器对于20 Hz以下信号有着很好的减振能力,但对于高频信号,特别是运输车的发动机转速和给精密仪器供电的发电机信号引起的振动却有着较大的放大作用。本文的分析结果对隔振器减振性能的进一步分析与改进奠定了基础。
For damping performance analysis of vibration isolation system for precision instrument trucks,a new wavelet transform de-noising method based on singular value decomposition(SVD) was proposed.Better characteristics of vibration isolator amplitude frequency could be obtained by using this method to reduce noise of test data for vibration isolation devices than traditional wavelet threshold de-noising method.Through the analysis of amplitude frequency characteristics,it is concluded that the wire rope vibration isolators have very good vibration reduction ability for signals below 20Hz,but for high frequency signal,especially vibrations caused by engine speed and generator speed,have great amplification,and this offers a reference for further analysis and improvement of the performance of vibration isolation systems.
