摘要 创新是产业发展和保持竞争优势的核心,科技创新是产业结构优化的关键。黑龙江省绿色食品产业在全国具有重要地位,产业结构调整也具有示范效应。用C-D生产函数分析产业发展不同阶段各要素的贡献率,就是将定性与定量分析有机结合,并从定量分析上得出科学的结论,即科技贡献率呈下降趋势、粗放型发展方式和竞争优势地位后移等问题影响了我省产业结构优化。因此,应加大科技投入,加强产学研结合,加速管理和政策创新,从而加快转变产业发展方式和优化科技创新环境。 Innovation is the core component in developing and keeping advantage for industry while technol- ogy innovation is the key. Green food in Heilongjiang province takes important position in the whloe country, and the industry structure adjustment has demonstrating effect. The paper uses C-D model to analyze the contribution rate of different components in different stages, and finds that a lot of problems affect the optimization of our province such as the decreasing technology contribution rate and the extensive development and less focus on competitive advantage. The paper also puts forward the countermeasures including increasing scientific and tech- nological input, enhancing the innovation of management and policy, accelerating the combination of innovation and research, thus accelerating the transformation of industrial development and the optimization of technological innovation environment.
