摘要
针对制约因素复杂导致零件众多的复杂产品装配序列规划效率低、质量差等问题,在分析现有装配序列规划方法和系统不足的基础上,将复杂产品装配序列规划分为系统级规划和作业级规划,并根据装配序列影响因素的不同特点,提出了一种人机协同规划策略,实现交互规划与自动规划的有机结合。构建了装配序列分级规划系统结构,详细介绍了该系统的关键实现技术。
To improve the efficiency and quality of assembly sequences planning for complex product,based on analysis of difficulty and deficiency of early assembly sequences planning methods and systems,a two-level assembly sequences planning method for complex product,including structure-level planning and operation-level planning,is presented in this paper.A new human-computer collaborative strategy is further proposed according to the different characteristics of many constraints related to assembly sequences,which integrates interactive planning with automatic planning of assembly sequence and guarantees the goodness and efficiency of assembly sequence planning.The architecture of the two-level planning system of assembly sequences is constructed and key implementation techniques of this system is introduced in detail.A case study is finally given for a universal transmission machine to show the effectiveness of the above system.
