摘要
针对涡轮叶片无损检测中DR图像分辨率低的问题,提出一种基于超分辨率重建的DR图像分辨率增强方法。该方法首先获得一组包含相对位移的叶片DR图像,之后使用Keren配准方法对它们进行亚像素配准,最后采用非均匀插值法重建出一幅超出原始DR图像分辨率的图像。实验结果证明:该算法能大幅提高真实涡轮叶片DR图像分辨率,是实用和有效的。
Aiming at the problem of low DR(digital radiography) image resolution in non-destructive testing system for turbine blade,an image resolution enhancement based on super resolution reconstruction method is proposed in this paper.First,a set of turbine blade DR images which are shifted with subpixel precision are collected.Then,Keren method is used to register these images to within at least the subpixel dimension.Finally,a high-resolution image is reconstructed by using nonuniform interpolation.The experimental results show that the method can greatly enhance the resolution of turbine blade DR image.It is efficient and useful.
