摘要
在采用IDEF0建模工具建立产品设计过程功能模型的基础上,将产品设计过程中产生的知识分为设计结果知识、设计工具知识、设计规则知识、设计组织知识、设计经验知识、设计标准知识和设计活动知识七大类,并选择本体知识表示法对产品设计过程知识进行表示,构建产品设计过程知识领域本体模型,运用protégé建模工具进行系统实现,最后在飞机垂直尾翼的部件蒙皮的概念设计阶段进行初步应用及验证。
For the requirements of knowledge reuse in product design process,according to characteristics of product design process,on the basis of product design process function model which is constructed by the model tool of IDEF0,this paper classifies the product design process knowledge into design result knowledge,design tool knowledge,design rule knowledge,design organization knowledge,design experience knowledge,design standard knowledge and design activity knowledge.Then,ontology representation method is offered to represent product design process knowledge;product design process knowledge domain ontology model is constructed and product design process knowledge ontology system is implemented by the model tools of protégé.Finally,a basic replication and confirmation are given on the skin of an aeroplane vertical tail in the concept design phase.
