摘要
鉴于对挖掘机工作装置结构件单独进行计算时由于边界条件和工作载荷很难确定造成的计算结果不准确,以某挖掘机工作装置整体为研究对象,基于其试验测试工况并在对其数据进行全面分析基础上,用Pro/E建立了该工况下的工作装置三维整体模型,创建Pro/E和ANSYS的无缝链接,将三维模型导入ANSYS中,最终建立工作装置的整体耦合有限元模型。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行静力学强度分析,获得工作装置的整体应力云分布,进而将理论计算结果和试验结果进行对比。
The result of the structural parts of the excavator working device calculated separately is not accurate due to the fact that work load and boundary conditions is difficult to determine.Taking the working device as a whole,the three-dimensional model of working device with Pro/E is established on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the experimental test conditions and the data offered by a company.By creating the seamless link between Pro/E and ANSYS and importing the three dimensional model into ANSYS,the overall working device finite element model is established under the working condition.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used for the static analysis,then the working device′s stress is obtained.The theoretical results and experimental results are in good agreement,which shows that the finite element calculations are correct.
