摘要
合理、高效的进水道入口结构及其与航行器匹配特性是超空泡航行器水冲压发动机设计过程中必须考虑的关键问题。分析了超空泡航行器外部流场特性及金属/水冲压发动机工作要求,并以此为基础提出了一种水冲压发动机进水道入口匹配方案。建立了匹配方案分析数值模型,得到匹配参量与目标参量的关系,分析结果表明:流量系数与总压恢复系数随进水道相对伸出长度增大先增大后减小;相对伸出长度等于0.2时,两者同时得到最大值,入口局部损失最小;流量系数和总压恢复系数随入口面积增大单调递增。相对伸出长度和入口面积为匹配方案主要设计参数。
The reasonable and efficient structure of water pipeline′s intake,especially the matching properties are the vital issues in the design process of water ramjet of supercavitating vehicle.On the basis of analyzing the properties of exterior flow field of supercavitating vehicle and the requirements of the water ramjet,this paper advances a scheme of matching the pipeline intake of water ramjet with the supercavitating vehicle.The numerical model of match scheme is built,and the relations between matching parameters and object parameters are achieved.The analysis results indicate that: with the increase of non-dimentional length of the pipeline intake that stands out to the cavitator,both recovery coefficient of pressure and flow rate are increased,and it reaches the maximum values when non-dimentional length of pipeline is 0.2,then they decline;with the increase of the intake area,both of them increase monotonously;the partial lose of pressure of pipeline intake become minimum when non-dimentional length of pipeline is 0.2,the non-dimentional length of pipeline intake that stands out to the cavitator and the intake area are is the main design variables.
