摘要
研究对于梯形直肋散热板的优化设计方法,考虑热传导、对流和热辐射,利用有限元热分析软件Icepak对自然对流散热进行仿真分析,利用正交试验设计提取计算点,建立响应面函数,对肋根厚、肋高、肋间距和肋面尖角4个参数进行优化设计,并对优化结果进行仿真验证。
The heat transfer,including heat conduct,natural convection and radiation,of a trapezoidal straight fin heat sink was simulated by Icepak.The fin root thickness,fin height,fin spacing and fin surfaces angle were optimized based on RSM(response surface methodology) with calculation data gained from orthogonal experiment approach.The optimization result which improved the heat transfer efficiency obviously was checked with simulation.
