摘要
人力资源作为战略资源,对企业的持续发展至关重要。如何科学评价人力资源管理为企业发展所做的贡献也由此成为学术界和企业界关注的重要问题。鉴于战略人力资源管理效能评价过程中有许多灰色信息,文章将灰色理论应用于评价战略人力资源管理效能的过程中,为研究战略人力资源管理绩效评价问题提供新思路和新方法,为企业有效评价其人力资源管理的有效性提供新的理论指导。
As a strategic resource, human resource is very important for the sustainable development of enterprises. Thus, how to evaluate the contribution of human resource management to the development of enterprises becomes the focus in academia and business community. However, there is much gray information in the process of evaluation of strategic human resource management efficiency (SHRME), this article applies the Gray Theory to the evaluation of SHRME. The application of the Gray Theory provides new way and method for the research of the evaluation of SHRME, and provides new theoretical guidance for enterprises evaluating validity of their human resource management efficiency.
