摘要
近年来,越来越多的企业在管理过程中采用新媒体技术。企业内部博客既是企业宣传企业文化,树立企业形象,增强企业与员工之间关系的重要媒介,又是员工参与服务质量管理的重要平台。本文探讨了企业内部博客的内涵以及企业内部博客在员工参与服务质量管理方面的优势,并从员工参与服务质量管理的角度,分析了服务性企业内部博客的建设。
Recently, more and more corporates use new media technologies to improve their managerial ability. Corporate internal blog is not only the medium for corporates to propaganda their culture, erect their image and strengthen their communication with employees, but also an impor tant platform for employees to participate in service quality management. The article analyzes the connotation of corporate internal blog and its ad- vantages for employees to participate in service quality decision. Finally, the article discusses the construction of corporate internal blog from the view of employees' participation in service quality management.
