摘要
在旋转机械中经常发生支承系统故障,一般为轴瓦间隙大和轴承座螺栓紧固不牢,在现场诊断中,常将这两种情况混淆,导致维修决策的失误.为解决此问题,应用转子动力学的概念,分别对这两种情况的故障机理进行理论研究,对故障识别特征进行了总结归纳,并将该结论应用于现场诊断.
The fault in the supporting system for rotary machinery is usually caused by largr bearing clearance or loosened screws on supporting bases. Confusion of these two causes during diagnosis in field may lead to wrong maintenance decision. In order to sove the problem, first, these faults must be studied by using theory of rotor dynamics, and with the features of failure summed up, the result of this research is applied for practical diagnosis.
