摘要
弹复是影响弯曲件精度的主要障碍,对其有效预测与控制是提高弯曲件精度的关键.针对宽板V形自由弯曲的变形特点,利用自主开发的2-D弹塑性有限元程序对V形自由弯曲过程与弹复进行了模拟分析,获得了凹模开口宽度及凸模圆角半径对弹复角的影响规律给出了凹模开口宽度、凸模行程与弯曲角的关系及弯曲角与弹复角的关系.实验结果表明,有限元分析程序是可靠的.所得结果不仅为弯曲过程的精度预测与智能控制以及折弯机智能化奠定了理论基础,同时对解决弯曲件弹复问题具有指导意义。
Springback is a major obstacle to precision of bent parts, so effective prediction and control of springbark is essential for improvement of precision of bent parts. According to the forming characteristics of wide plate V -free bending, the 2 - D elastoplastic FEM program developed by our own is used to simulate and analyze the bending process and springback. The influence of open length of die and conner radius of punch on springback angle is established together with the relations between open length of die, the punch stroke and bent angle, and also the relations between bent angle and springback angle. The test results show that the FEM program is reliable. The results not only prepare some theoretic bases for precision prediction and intellective control of bending process and the intellective fold - bending machine, but also have instructional significance on solving the springback problem of bent parts.
