摘要
医学成人教育是我国医学高等教育的一种重要形式,是在职医务人员提高学历层次的重要途径之一。目前,医学成人教育存在办学观念呈现某些倾向、教师队伍的素质有待提高、学生对成人教育认识不足、教学模式残旧等不利于长足发展的现状。笔者认为,医学成人高等教育如何在日益激烈的竞争中立于不败之地和保持继续发展的势头,关键在于加强管理和监督、创新教学理念和教学模式,提升医学成人教育教学质量。
As an important form of higher medical education, medical education for adults is one of the most important pathways for on-the-job medical personnel to improve their education background. At present, there are some problems in adult medical education, such as improper tendency of educational conception, poor quality of teaching staff, students＇ inadequate understanding of adult education, and outdated teaching pat- tern. In order to keep developmental trend of adult medical education in increasingly intense competition, the key to improving educational quality is strengthening management and supervision and innovating teaching conception and pattern.
