摘要
通过对山西省食用菌产业现状调研,分析了山西省食用菌产业发展过程中存在的主要问题。同时,结合国内外食用菌产业发展趋势,提出了山西省食用菌产业的发展对策:进一步加强组织领导,优化社会服务;依靠科技创新,推动产业升级;建立健全食用菌标准体系和食用菌市场快速反应体系;发挥区域优势,优化产业结构;继续扶持壮大龙头企业;开辟新的原材料资源,促进可持续发展。
Through investigation to the status of the mushroom industry in Shanxi province,main problems existing in the development of mushroom industry were analyzed.At the mean time,combined with mushroom industry development trend at home and abroad,strategy for further growth was proposed through to strengthen organizational leadership and to optimize social services;to rely on technological innovation and to promote industrial upgrading;to establish and improve edible mushroom standard system and edible mushroom market rapid response system;to play full regional advantages and optimize industrial structure;to provide continue support for the leading enterprises;and to develop new raw material resources and approach sustainable growth.
