摘要
研究了矿物掺合料对混凝土抗杂散电流性能的影响。结果发现:粉煤灰和矿渣微粉均可以改善混凝土的抗杂散电流性能,并且随着掺量的增加,改善效果逐渐增强。粉煤灰和矿渣微粉复掺后,改善混凝土抗杂散电流的效果最为显著,尤其是复掺总量为20%时,混凝土杂散电流腐蚀开裂时间比基准混凝土延长了28.67%。通过对各配合比混凝土试样进行Sirion场发射扫描电镜实验观察混凝土表面形貌特征发现,粉煤灰与矿渣微粉的复掺使得胶凝材料水化完全,混凝土表面较为致密,大大提高了混凝土的抗杂散电流性能。
The effect of the mineral admixtures on the stray current resistance of concrete is studied.The results show that: adding fly ash or slag powder to the concrete could improve the stray current resistance of concrete,and with the content increasing,the improving effect enhances straightly.Double-mixture fly ash and slag could effectively improve the stray current resistance of concrete,especially when the optimal dosage is 20%,the cracking time of stray current corrosion for concrete can prolong 28.67% compared with the normal concrete.Through observing the surface shape characteristic of concrete by the Sirion scanning electronic microscope,double-mixture fly ash and slag could make the hydration of the cementitious material being complete,which can enhance the stray current resistance of concrete greatly.
