摘要
介绍了用金属短纤维增强的透气性莫来石/铁(A3S2/Fe)复合材料作为负压成型模具的实验研究方法.给出了该材料的优化配方和烧结工艺,并进行了负压成型实验.结果表明:该模具在700-950℃具有良好的烧结性;金属短纤维具有明显的增强作用;在表层有一定厚度的硬化层Z并具有良好的透气性;对于塑料等材料的负压成型效果很好.
The method ofmaking negative Pressure mould with short fiber-reinforced ventilative A3S2/Fe composite was introduced. Through experiments the suitable composition and sintering technology have been gotten. Experimental results show that A3S2Fe composite has good sintering properties in the range of 700-950℃, the metal short fiber reinforced well and a hard Iaper formed on the surface of the compostie. The negative pressure forming test indicated that good forming quality can be gotten with this ventilative A3S2Fe mould.
