摘要
本文讨论了用光学方法测量小尺寸的球体直径的方法。根据Ｂａｂｉｎｅｔ 原理，用圆孔衍射公式来代替球体散射，并通过计算机数值计算，对误差进行了分析。
This paper is about how to measure the diameter of a little ball with an optical method.With a round hole as a complementary screen, you'll get an approximate measuring formula, and with the electromagnetic theory, work out the error.
