摘要
采用单因素实验和正交试验设计探讨槐花多糖提取工艺条件对提取率的影响,研究了料液比、提取温度、提取时间等因素对槐花多糖提取率的影响。提取槐花多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶25、提取温度80℃、提取时间6 h,该工艺条件下槐花多糖的提取率为3.10%。
Single factor test and orthogonal design was adopted to study the effects of solid to liquid ratio,extraction temperature and time on extraction efficiency of the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Sophora japonica flower.The results showed that the highest extraction rate of polysaccharides could be obtained if extracted at 80 ℃ for 6 h with a solid to liquid ratio of 1∶25;the extraction ratio of polysaccharides was 3.10 % under these conditions.
